It is the obligation of members, coaches, athletes, parents, officials, and spectators to practice the highest principles of good sportsmanship and to adhere to the ethics of friendly competition during all youth sporting events.

Good sportsmanship is defined as behaviour that displays courtesy and genuine concern for others. Negative or threatening comments from coaches, athletes, parents, referees, or spectators will not be tolerated at any Athletics 4 All sporting event. This includes bad language, bullying, intimidation, or acts of discrimination on grounds of race, sex, age, disability, education religion, sexual orientation, or responsibility for dependents. Problems and issues including concerns over any act of abuse against a child or vulnerable should be brought to the attention of the Director of Sport so that they may be addressed by Athletics 4 All.
